We agree on how we’ll know the system works and which parts matter most to your business. Every account stays in your name.
A 3-minute style check
I’ll show you ten real app screens. Tell me which ones you like and which you don’t. The design starts from what feels right to you, not from industry trends.
Who sees what
We map how your team works, what each person should and shouldn’t see and how the data moves. We agree on this first, then I build it.
One module at a time
We start with the part that solves the biggest problem. Each module is built and tested separately. Every week you get test access with sample data.
A rehearsal with your data
I start with a copy of your data. You check ten records of your choice and we compare the results with your current system.
A trial week with your team
Everyone works in the system for real while the old file stays available as a backup check.
Move over
We stop the old process, run the final data import and give everyone their own access and a short guide for their role. The old file stays read-only.

Useful to know.
Isn't a custom system overkill for a small business?
Only if a spreadsheet still fits. The moment two people are stepping on each other's work, or the one file that runs everything is a risk, a small tailored system pays for itself in the hours and mistakes it saves. I'll tell you honestly if you're not there yet.
Do I own it, or am I locked in to you?
You own it — the system, the data and the code. There's no lock-in: if we ever part ways, everything stays with you and another developer can pick it up. I maintain it because I built it, not because you're stuck with me.
Can it work with the tools I already use?
Usually yes. If you already have accounting, a shop or a booking tool, I connect the system to them so data stays in one place instead of being re-typed. Where a tool offers no way in, I'll tell you plainly before we start.
What does a custom system cost?
It's quoted after a 20-minute call, because every system is different. The price is fixed in the one-page plan before I start — and we can begin with the one module that hurts most.
How long does it take?
1–5 months: a CRM 1–2, a B2B portal 2–3, stock 2–5. I build it module by module, and your team works in it while I do.
Can you bring our data over from Excel?
Yes. Excel and Google Sheets import in. Systems with no export at all are the exception — I tell you before we start.
Does it work on phones?
Yes — desktop at the office, phone on the road, the same system.
Can each person see only their part?
Yes. Everyone has their own login and sees only what they need.
What does hosting cost?
Nothing while it fits the free plan. If it outgrows that, I tell you the cost up front.
Do you work in English & Bulgarian?
Yes — everything I build ships in both. This site runs in Bulgarian and English, and the AI assistants I build answer your customers in Bulgarian too.
