Kickoff
30 minutes to agree on how we’ll know the website works and where things stand today. Every account stays in your name — you invite me, no passwords change hands.
A 3-minute style check
I’ll show you nine real websites. Tell me which ones you like, which you don’t and which are somewhere in between. There are no wrong answers — the design starts from your taste, not what everyone in your industry is doing.
Words first
We settle the copy before I start designing, and you approve it. Then we choose one design direction — you say yes before I build it.
Design and build
I build the pages that matter most to your customers first, in Bulgarian and English. Every week you get a link to the current version and a short video. Try it on your phone and send feedback when it suits you — within 5 working days.
You try everything
We submit every important form, make a booking and check every page on a phone. Nothing goes live without your “yes”.
Live on your domain
A weekday morning, never a Friday. Old addresses are redirected so you don’t unnecessarily lose search traffic. I also check the first real enquiry on the live site.
Free fixes
For the first 30 days, I fix and change what I built for free, as often as needed. I reply within 24 hours, and if something breaks, I fix it the same working day. On day 30, the code, access and short guide are yours. After that — support only if you want it.

How long does a site take?
A focused site is usually a few weeks from our first talk to launch. A web app with bookings or a portal takes a little longer — I tell you the honest timeline before we start.
What does hosting cost me?
€0. This very site runs on free hosting, and yours can too. You only pay for a domain name — a few euros a year — which stays in your name.
Do I own the site?
Yes. The site, the domain and the content are yours. There's no lock-in and no monthly fee to keep it online — if we ever part ways, you keep everything.
What does a site cost?
After the first five free builds: from 449 € for one page · 990–1 390 € for a services site (up to 6 pages) · 1 790–2 500 € with bookings · a customer portal is quoted. The price is fixed in the one-page plan before I start.
Will Google and ChatGPT find my site?
All the words are in the page, with the structure search engines and AI assistants read. I can't promise position 1 — nobody honestly can. What I can promise is that nothing on your site hides from them.
Can you fix my current site instead of building a new one?
Yes. Speed, mobile and Google — fixed on the site you already have. From 590 €, in 1–2 weeks.
Do I have to write the texts and bring photos?
You tell me what you do and for whom; I shape the words and the structure. Photos you already have go in — I don't take new ones.
What happens after launch?
30 days of free tuning come first — fixes and changes to what I built, as often as you need. Care after that is a separate plan — 249 €/yr or 29 €/mo — and you don't have to take it.
Is the free build really free?
Yes — for the first five clients, the website, one automation and one AI automation are 100% free. No card, no lock-in. It's how I earn my first references.
Do you work in English & Bulgarian?
Yes — everything I build ships in both. This site runs in Bulgarian and English, and the AI assistants I build answer your customers in Bulgarian too.
