Here's the plain truth about data on this site: what I collect from each form, why, how long I keep it, and who else touches it. I write in the first person — todsoft is one developer, not a department.

Who else processes your data
I use a small number of external services. I list only the ones actually in use today — each future one is added here as its own block.
Cloudflare
Hosts and protects the site, including Turnstile (bot protection on the forms). Data passes through Cloudflare's infrastructure.
Google PageSpeed Insights
Measures the site you submit in the analyzer. Google receives the public URL in order to analyze it.
Your rights (GDPR)
Under GDPR you have the right to:
- access the data I hold about you;
- rectify inaccurate data;
- erasure (the "right to be forgotten");
- restrict or object to processing;
- data portability;
- withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect processing done before you withdrew);
- lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Data Protection Authority (CPDP, cpdp.bg) or your local EU authority.
