06How I work
From the first conversation to a process that runs itself
A 20-minute talk
Show me the task you repeat most often and that takes the most time. I’ll look at how you do it today before suggesting what to automate.
Book 20 minutes →A one-page plan
I’ll outline what we’ll automate, what stays manual, which services we’ll use, the price and the timeline. Any monthly costs are listed upfront.
Kickoff
We agree on the result the automation needs to deliver and how we’ll measure it. All external accounts stay in your name.
Map the process
Show me the task once on a shared screen. I document every step, and you correct anything I misunderstood. We start with the task that costs you the most time.
Build
We build the process step by step. Anything that moves money or reaches a customer for the first time stays under human control until we know it works properly.
A parallel test with real data
The automation runs alongside your existing process while you keep doing things the old way. Nothing reaches a customer. We compare the results and switch it on when they match.
Switch it on
I tell you when you can stop doing the task manually. I watch the first two days closely and make adjustments if needed. After that, you only get a message when human input is needed.
Free fixes
For the first 30 days, I fix and change what I built. After that, the process can run without me — or I can maintain it for you if you want.

07Questions
Useful to know.
Do I have to change my tools?
No. I start from what you already use — your calendar, your spreadsheet, your invoicing app. We change something only if it's genuinely getting in your way, and that call is yours.
How do you decide what to automate first?
I ask what you do most often and what you hate most. Where the two meet is the first job. Small, visible, done in a week.
What if an automation gets it wrong?
Every step leaves a trace and you get a ping. Where a mistake would cost money — an invoice, a payment — I put a human check in front of it.
Are there monthly costs?
To me — no. If you use a paid third-party tool you pay them, and I tell you how much up front. Small automations usually don't need hosting at all.
Who owns the accounts and the API keys?
You do. Everything is registered in your name and your email. I have access only while we're working, and I hand it back at the end.
Where does my data live?
In your tools, where it lives now. The automation moves it between them — it doesn't copy it to me. If something has to be stored, I tell you where and why.
What happens after day 30?
I tune it free for the first 30 days. After that it runs without me. If you want changes or monitoring there's a separate monthly plan — 75–150 €/mo, with no obligation to take it.
Can you take over a system I already have?
Yes, if it's documented or at least working. I spend a day looking at it first and tell you honestly: fix it, build on it, or it's cheaper to start again.
Is the free build really free?
Yes — for the first five clients, the website, one automation and one AI automation are 100% free. No card, no lock-in. It's how I earn my first references.
Do you work in English & Bulgarian?
Yes — everything I build ships in both. This site runs in Bulgarian and English, and the AI assistants I build answer your customers in Bulgarian too.
Ready to build it?
The first five businesses build for free. Tell me about your business in 20 minutes — I find the smallest thing worth building first.
