Kickoff
We agree on how we’ll know the shop works and where things stand today. Every account stays in your name — you invite me, no passwords change hands.
A 3-minute style check
I’ll show you ten real online shops. Tell me which ones you like and which you don’t. There are no wrong answers — the design starts from your taste, not what everyone in your industry is doing.
Money and paperwork first
Your accountant confirms in writing how invoices and receipts need to work before I build the payment flow. Payment and courier accounts are opened in your name.
Your products
You fill in one product file. I import it, check every line and send back anything missing in one message. You approve the descriptions before we publish them.
Building the shop
Products and checkout first, then payments, couriers, invoices and the Google and Meta integrations. Every week you get a working version of the shop and a short video.
Real test orders
We test card payments, cash on delivery, every courier, returns and refunds. We follow the order through to the invoice. Then we make one real card order and one real shipment with each courier.
The first real order
Payments go live and the shop opens. You get a 5-minute video showing one order from payment to shipment.
Free fixes
For the first 30 days, I fix and change what I built for free. I reply within 24 hours, and if something breaks, I fix it the same working day. After that, the code, access and guide are yours. Ongoing support is optional.

Useful to know.
Shopify or a custom shop — which is right for me?
It depends on your products, not on trends. Shopify is faster and cheaper to run for a normal catalogue; a custom shop is worth it when you have a rule or a workflow Shopify won't do. I tell you honestly which one fits before we start.
Can customers pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery, card, and courier pickup with Econt or Speedy are built in from the start — the way people actually buy in Bulgaria, not bolted on afterwards.
Do I own the shop and its data?
Yes. The shop, the domain, the products and the orders are yours. There's no lock-in — if we ever part ways, you keep everything and can carry on without me.
What does a shop cost?
Fixes from 490 € · a Shopify shop 1 290–2 190 € · your rule built into the shop 2 000–4 000 € · a custom shop is quoted. The price is fixed in the one-page plan before I start.
How long until the first order?
About a month on Shopify, 2–3 months for a custom shop. Before launch we run a test order with a real address and a real waybill.
Are there monthly costs?
To me — no. If we pick Shopify, you pay its subscription directly. Couriers and invoicing apps charge on their own plans, and I tell you the figures up front.
I already have a shop — can you fix it?
Yes. From 490 €, in 1–2 weeks: Econt / Speedy, invoices, euro prices, feeds, product import.
Do invoices go out on their own?
Yes. The invoice goes out with the order, in the format your accountant expects.
Do you run my ads?
No. I set up the Google and Meta feeds so they update themselves; the campaigns stay with you or your marketer.
Do you work in English & Bulgarian?
Yes — everything I build ships in both. This site runs in Bulgarian and English, and the AI assistants I build answer your customers in Bulgarian too.
