06How I work
From the first conversation to a working AI assistant
A 20-minute talk
Tell me where an AI assistant would actually help — customer questions, enquiries, bookings or internal work. I’ll look at how you work today before suggesting a solution.
Book 20 minutes →A one-page plan
We define what the assistant will do, what it won’t do, where it will work, the price and the timeline. Any ongoing AI costs are listed upfront.
Kickoff
We agree on how we’ll know the assistant is doing its job — for example, handling more enquiries or reducing the questions that reach you.
What it knows
We collect your services, prices, opening hours, rules and the questions you hear most often. You review and approve the information the assistant will use. If it doesn’t know something, it doesn’t make it up.
One channel at a time
We add your website, email, messengers, phone or other required channels one by one. Each is tested with real questions, including difficult ones.
A closed test
You, your team and a few real customers try it before we open it to everyone. We check that it answers correctly and hands the conversation to a person when needed.
Open to everyone
Its first message says it’s AI. When it doesn’t know the answer or a question goes beyond what we defined, the conversation is handed to you or the right person on your team. I watch the first two days.
Free fixes
For the first 30 days, I fix and improve what I built. After that, the monthly plan keeps its information up to date and covers its ongoing AI costs.

07Questions
Useful to know.
Will it sound like a robot to my customers?
No. It's trained on how you actually answer — your services, your prices, your tone — so replies read like your business, not a call-centre script. And it never pretends to be a person; it's clear it's an assistant, which customers trust more than a bot playing human.
What happens when it doesn't know the answer?
It stops and hands the conversation to you rather than guessing. You'd rather it say "let me check with the owner" than invent a price — so that's exactly what it does, and it pings you with the details.
Is my customers' data safe?
Yes. The assistant only knows what you give it about your business, and conversations stay yours. I set it up so it can't wander off into things you didn't approve, and I walk you through exactly what it can and can't see.
What does it cost?
Site assistant 990–1 880 € + 49 €/mo · phone assistant 2 500–2 630 € + 100–150 €/mo · inbox & messengers from 3 000 € + plan. The AI provider's own charge is extra — usually a few euros — and I tell you it up front.
Where can it answer?
On your site, on the phone, in your inbox and in Viber / WhatsApp / Messenger. Each channel is its own build, so you start where you lose the most enquiries.
Can it actually book appointments?
Yes. It checks your calendar, offers the free times, books the one the customer picks and sends them a confirmation.
How long does setup take?
2–3 weeks for the site, 3–5 for the phone, 4–8 for the inbox. We run it privately with you first, until it sounds like you.
What won't it do?
It won't answer questions we haven't set up together. It won't invent a price, a date or a promise. Anything that needs your judgement goes to you.
Is the free build really free?
Yes — for the first five clients, the website, one automation and one AI automation are 100% free. No card, no lock-in. It's how I earn my first references.
Do you work in English & Bulgarian?
Yes — everything I build ships in both. This site runs in Bulgarian and English, and the AI assistants I build answer your customers in Bulgarian too.
Ready to build it?
The first five businesses build for free. Tell me about your business in 20 minutes — I find the smallest thing worth building first.
